SAAR Systems has extensive experience across the full range of assembly solutions — from stand-alone operator-assisted stations through to larger, fully automated assembly lines. We match the level of automation to the business case: where an operator plus poka-yoke fixturing is the right answer, we build that; where volume justifies a fully automatic line, we build that instead.

How we approach it.
Assembly automation lives or dies on part presentation and error-proofing. We engineer feeding, orientation and fixturing as carefully as the robot programme itself, because that is where line availability is won or lost.
Every station is designed for traceability. Torque values, press curves, leak-test results and serial marking are captured per unit and pushed to your MES, so a finished assembly carries a complete build record.
