SAAR has complete in-house capability to deliver welding automation turnkey solutions to custom requirements. Our experience spans laser welding systems through to straightforward automated MIG/MAG welding cells, and every configuration in between.
Every project starts with process validation. We simulate the cell offline, prove reach and access on the real part geometry, and optimise torch angles and weld sequencing before a single component is cut. That front-loading is what keeps commissioning short and first-pass yield high.
Weld quality is monitored, logged and traceable. Parameter drift, wire feed faults and missed seams are caught at the cell rather than at end-of-line inspection, and the data feeds straight into your quality systems.
